Professional journalist experiencing at FIGC Press Office and External Relations 5 World Cups, 4 European Championships and 2 Confederations Cups in 16 years. For over 10 years working, as Projects Manager at the Italian Football Association, in projects co-financed by EC, supported by UEFA, with partnerships among Sport Associations, Universities, National Agencies and international organizations. According to the FIGC aims taking part to EU Projects focused on programs dealing with stakeholders and supporters’ involvement, environmental sustainability, social inclusion, anti-radicalization, women or young empowerment, fight against racism and gender violence. Professional education consists of, after the Political Science’s Degree at Sapienza University in Rome- International Political DPT and National exam to become Professional Journalist a UEFA master’s degree MESGO (Top Executive Master in European Sport Governance).
Thais Bachi
After earning a master’s degree in Corporate Communication, she began her professional experience at an international advertising agency. Since 2018, for the Italian Football Association, she has been involved in initiatives and activities aimed at promotion and dissemination for institutional, social, and cultural purposes.
Giuseppe Martucci
Giuseppe Martucci has been coordinating the activities of the National Teams at FIGC’s “Club Italia” for three years including those concerning projects of social responsibility carried out with other Offices. Employee at the Italian Football Federation since 1990, he has worked at the Italian Referees Association, as head of the Serie C National Referees Commission, and at Sports Justice Dept, as Secretary of the Investigations Office and later at the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
Matteo Santi
After graduating in political science, he began working with the FIGC in 2019. As a professional journalist since 2017, he is part of the Federation’s media dept. as media officer, focusing on the Under-21 national team and the futsal and beach soccer national teams.
Fatjon Kodra
Fatjon Kodra is Head of the Public Relations Department at the Albanian Football Association, where he also served as the official spokesperson of the Federation and the Albanian National Team for a period of time. His work focuses on strategic communication, media relations, public image management, and institutional representation at national and international level.With more than 20 years of experience in journalism and public communication, he has previously held senior roles as Editor-in-Chief of leading Albanian sports newspapers and digital media, as well as Press Officer at the Albanian Parliament and the Office of the President of the Republic.Fatjon Kodra holds a degree in English Language from the University of Tirana and has completed the UEFA Certificate in Football Management (UEFA CFM), combining strong communication expertise with in-depth knowledge of football governance, strategic planning, and international sports institutions.
Evia Kumrija
Evia Kumrija is a project management and institutional relations professional at the Albanian Football Association, with experience in football administration, strategic project coordination, financial operations, and stakeholder engagement. She has served as Head of Institutional Relations and Projects and currently is Project Leader for the U-21 Championship, overseeing partner relations, operational planning, coordination, and compliance. Her background also includes work in finance, executive support, and UEFA match operations. With academic training in Public Administration and Business Administration, as well as specialized football management and leadership programs through UEFA and FIFA, Evia brings strong organizational, communication, and multilingual skills to the development of Albanian football.
Lenida Halilaj
Lenida Halilaj is part of the Public Relations Department at the Albanian Football Association, where she serves as a spokesperson and television moderator. Her work focuses on media relations, public communication, and institutional representation. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Tirana and has been teaching at the same university for the past nine years, combining academic experience with strong communication and analytical skills.In parallel with her professional and academic roles, Lenida Halilaj has an active presence in the media, contributing to public discourse on important social issues, with a particular emphasis on gender equality.
Tedi Agalliu
Tedi Agalliu is a dedicated professional with experience across marketing, international relations, and institutional project coordination within the football environment.He began his professional pathway as a Specialist in the Marketing Department, where he contributed for one year to promotional activities, brand visibility, communications support, and marketing initiatives. He later joined the International Relations and Projects Department, where he worked for one and a half years supporting international cooperation, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and institutional relations. Tedi currently serves as Coordinator of International Relations at the President’s Office, where he supports high-level communication, coordination with international partners, and institutional cooperation. With a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork, he contributes to strengthening relationships and supporting the strategic objectives of the organization.
Tsvetan Nanchev
Tsvetan Nanchev has over 6 years of experience in the preparation, implementation, reporting and monitoring of projects, funded under European and/or national programmes. Since 2018, Mr. Nanchev has been part of the team, managing the “No boundaries” VET Center (License № 2015121234), where his main duties are related to the development of curricula and vocational training programs in the field of business development skills, professional development and life-long learning for adults and students, gender equality and environmental protection.Mr. Nanchev is experienced in the preparation and implementation of projects funded under the Erasmus+ and CERV programmes and is currently coordinating 2 projects, funded under similar initiatives. In addition, Mr. Nanchev has previous experience in the IT and gaming industry, apps and website development and management of social media campaigns.Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration and Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Lyuboslava Nedyalkova
Lyuboslava Nedyalkova is an expert with extensive experience in all stages of the project Life- Cycle – preparation, development, implementation and reporting of projects, funded under European and/or national programmes. She has more than 8 years of experience in developing training materials and programmes for VET centers – Currently, Ms. Nedyalkova works as a Methodologist and Quality Assurance Manager at Vocational training center “No boundaries” (License №201521234). Ms. Nedyalkova successfully implements projects funded under the Erasmus+ – her background is specifically focused on the preparation of needs assessment analysis, development of methodologies, preparation of various training materials on the topic of gender equality, green skills, environmental protection and alternative educational approaches for the upskilling of workers in different sectors. Educational background: Master’s degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia.
Thomas Pedersen-Smith
Tom is well known through the membership and system partners at EuroHockey. Tom has a rich history in empowering development as a leader, currently supporting a whole strategic approach for 42 national associations. An ambitious and creative individual who takes pride in continually developing both people and organisations on an international scale. With a demonstrable history of growing income, maximising governance standards and creating inclusive and sustainable working conditions. Tom previously played, coached, and umpired hockey for 20 years sitting on a number of club committees and boards, he also previously worked in England for the governing bodies of both English Handball and English Badminton. He was an active board member for the organisation Merseyside Sport Partnership for 8 years and for the past 3 years as a Trustee of the Huracan Football Foundation. He completed a Master in Sport Management through the Johan Cruyff Institute in recent years.
Gino Schilders
Gino is a Dutch citizen who has been living and working in the Czech Republic for over 20 years. He is a lifelong sports coach and has served for 16 years as President of the Czech Hockey Federation, gaining extensive leadership experience at national and international level. He has substantial expertise in the design, coordination and implementation of Erasmus+ Sport projects, with a strong focus on coach education, youth leadership, sport for people with intellectual disabilities, good governance, and the creation of safe and inclusive sport environments. Throughout these projects, Gino has worked closely with clubs, federations, public authorities, NGOs and international partners.Gino is passionate about collaboration across sectors and about developing innovative, sustainable solutions that strengthen sport’s role in society. He brings extensive experience in strategy development, project and change management, both within the sports sector and in the broader business environment.
Sophie Raffy
Doctor in Biochemistry and committed non-profit sports leader, I have dedicated more than ten years to the development of sport and community life. As President of the Toulouse Université Club, I support the growth and influence of one of France’s major multi-sport clubs, bringing together 21 disciplines and several thousand members. She also serves as President of TUC field Hockey and as a board member of the French Hockey Fédération, where she works to promote sports development, women’s participation in sport, and sport-for-health initiatives. My background combines scientific expertise, a strong sense of collective commitment, and recognized experience in nonprofit and institutional management. Docteure en biochimie et dirigeante associative engagée, j’ai déjà consacré mon énergie depuis plus de dix ans au développement du sport et de la vie associative. Présidente du Toulouse Université Club, j’accompagne la structuration et le rayonnement d’un des grands clubs omnisports français, réunissant 21 disciplines et plusieurs milliers d’adhérents. Également présidente du TUC Hockey sur gazon et membre du bureau de la Fédération Française de Hockey, J’agis en faveur du développement des pratiques sportives, de la féminisation et du sport santé. Géraldine Bonenfan
Géraldine Bonenfant is currently Deputy Technical Director at the Fédération Française de Hockey, where she oversees the promotion and development of hockey across France. She works closely with more than 200 clubs, regional leagues and local committees to support participation, education and grassroots development initiatives. Passionate about hockey since the age of 10, Géraldine has dedicated her entire career to the sport. A former French national team player until 2008, she holds a university degree in Sport Sciences with a specialization in hockey. She first worked as a sports educator and coach before taking on leadership responsibilities within the federation. Beyond her national role, Géraldine is also involved in the development committee of EuroHockey, reflecting her strong commitment to promoting hockey across borders and making the sport accessible to all. She strongly believes in the educational and social values carried by sport and strives to transmit them through every project she supports.
Alexandre Charrier
Alexandre is the European project manager at the Alice Milliat Association. Previously, he has worked as a project officer for the think tank Sport and Citizenship and at the Council of Europe Sport’s Division. Alexandre graduated in 2023 from Sciences Po Lille and the University of Szeged (Hungary) in European affairs and international relations.
Mathilde Barbier
While enrolled in a master’s degree in European projects management at Cergy Paris Université, Mathilde is doing an apprenticeship at the Alice Milliat Association in the role of European Project Officer. She has also graduated in 2025 from Université Paris Nanterre in political sciences.
Loris Vezzali
Loris Vezzali is Full Professor of Social Psychology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. His main research interests deal with intergroup relations and prevention of intergroup violence. From January 2017 to December 2019 he has been National Coordinator of the Section of Social Psychology of the Italian Association of Psychology (after being Treasurer for the section from 2014 to 2016). He is currently Dean of the Degree Course in at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He is Editor in Chief of the Journal of Community and Applied Social Psychology, and Associate Editor of Group Processes and Intergroup Relations. He has published on some of the most prestigious international journals in social psychology, mainly on the topics on how to promote social inclusion.
Soraya Elizabeth Shamloo
Soraya Elizabeth Shamloo is Associate Professor of Social Psychology at Pegaso University, currently collaborating with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She carried out her PhD in Neural and Cognitive Sciences at the University of Trieste with a focus on intergroup relations and prejudice reduction strategies. She has been involved in European projects concerning the use of football for the promotion of social inclusion and reduction of radicalisation. Her research interests are intergroup relations, social inclusion and prejudice reduction.
Alice Lucarini
Alice Lucarini obtained her PhD in Psychological Sciences at the University of Padova (Italy) in 2023. Currently, she works as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy), where she is involved in several projects aimed at promoting social inclusion, in collaboration with various stakeholders, both at the national and at the international level. Her main research interests lie in the area of Social Psychology, spanning from intergroup contact to self-transcendence emotions and gender equality. She was a visiting researcher at the New York University (USA) in 2018 and at the Northeastern University (USA) in 2022. Her works have been published in various international journals.
Elisa Bisagno
Elisa Bisagno is an Assistant Professor of Developmental Psychology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She is a trained developmental and sports psychologist whose research focuses on the relationship between sports participation and cognitive, affective, and moral development in youth athletes. From 2019 onward, she has been involved in numerous research projects and funded European projects aimed at fostering social inclusion and social change through sport.
Francesca Malagoli
General manager of ForModena, she has a long-standing expertise in developing communications strategies, coupled with EU Projects competence as dissemination and quality monitoring partners. Five years of experience as a project manager in a large refugee camp, expert in monitoring and project governance. She is also a national expert on gender equality, especially in the workplace sector.
Giovanni Gobbi
Coordinator of transnational activities in several European Projects (Horizon, Equal, Leonardo, Grundtvig, Erasmus+). Designer for various organizations in Italy (Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Siciliy, Piedmont, Abruzzo, Veneto, European Union). Lecturer: in several ESF courses in the following subjects: marketing, sales techniques, labor legislation in social enterprises. Speaker at various national and international conferences with issues relating to the social and professional inclusion of disabled people.
Alice Cavazzoli
Collaborator of ForModena in the field of design and implementation of European projects. She is involved in the analysis of European funding calls, the development of project proposals, and the implementation of project activities in cooperation with national and international partners.
